Quinta Nica is a 6,000 m2 family domain located in the suburbs of Managua, in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood, only 30 minutes away from the airport and close to services.
The spacious house (500 m2 at ground level) which has been completely renovated offers six air conditioned bedrooms. Five of those have a full private bathroom. They are all furnished with large beds (Queen or King) except the kids' room which has two twin beds. The house also features a big living room, a dining room, a library with books and games, as well as many common spaces inside and out. Are also included cable television, DVD player, sound system, high speed internet access and phone. The house also has a power generator to compensate for the occasional power outages.
The Quinta staff live on site permanently. They will make sure your stay is enjoyable. The assistant-cook-maid, gardener and guard will tend to your every needs.
Outside you will find a large landscaped park with a great variety of tropical fruit trees (mangoes, star fruit, avocados, etc.), a pool, a jacuzzi, a fully-equipped gazebo and a traditional barbeque. There is ample parking for all your guests.
The region enjoys a tropical climate with an average temperature of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius year round. The dry season goes from December to May. During the rainy season you can expect sunny days with a possibility of showers, mostly in the evening. Check out the local weather forecasts.
